Sports Physicals for the 2024-25 School Year

Pre Screening          Tues., May 7     

Physical Screening    Wed., May 8

[Pre-Screening and Physicals will be done the first half of the school day.  Those registered will be the first to get their physicals.   Walk ups will be taken last, and cash payment (exact amount) is due before service(s) are rendered.]  

Advance Online Registration:

$15 per child, Early Bird

$25 per child, After May 3rd

$30 per child, Walk Ups (Exact Cash only)
